To log in, you need your credentials (login and password) provided by an admin.
If two-factor authentication is enabled by your admin, you will need a second authentication via the Google Authenticator service each time.
Download a two-factor authentication application (such as Google Authenticator or Authenticator), ensuring it's in the same time zone as the Hoshi web platform
Scan the QR Code provided by the Hoshi platform with your authentication application. The app will generate a code that you must enter on the Hoshi platform.
For later logins, you won't need to scan the QR Code again. Simply open your authentication app and enter the code displayed on the Hoshi web platform.
Once this is done, you will be fully authenticated and able to use the platform.
After a certain number of unsuccessful login attempts,our account will be locked.
In this case, contact an administrator to have your account reactivated.
A user's inability to log in can stem from various reasons. To determine the status of your account, please reach out to your administrator.
